Kim is extremely talented and there is nothing that she can’t design. Her knowledge of the contact centre environment is first class and her goal is to work with and develop talented people.

I learnt so much from Kim whilst she was my manager, from using different training delivery methods to designing first class material, which is relevant and fit for purpose.

I would recommend Kim as she is very creative when designing training material over different methods, whether this is face to face or virtual.

Very clever lady with a warm personality.

Working with Kim has been lovely and I look forward to again. I found Kim to be professional yet friendly and engaging. Kim was instrumental to representing Litmos internally at Tunstall and did a fantastic job, Kim’s industry experience and knowledge led to us having a wonderful and successful working relationship. I highly recommend working with Kim.

Ross – Account Manager

Working with Kim on a Storyboarding project was an absolute pleasure. Kim provided exceptional support and guidance, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise, and her infectious enthusiasm was really motivating. Collaboration on a challenging, complex project was really smooth due Kim’s planning, feedback and communication skills.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with Kim again, and would highly recommend her for any project.

Thank you Kim, very enjoyable. I thought it would be a little stale considering the subject but it was interesting and we took away from valuable learning.
