I’m a blended learning specialist based in Huddersfield, Yorkshire specialising in contact centres and customer service. Working across multiple industries including insurance, healthcare, online bookmaking and higher education I have both developed and witnessed lots of different ways to train people.
What I learned was there is no ‘holy grail’ for learning and development out there. My job is to create the best solution for the learner. That’s why the solutions I create for you will be bespoke to your business, values, customers and your staff.
GO GINGER learning solutions was established because I have a passion for training people in fun and interactive ways. I want people to have a learning experience which sticks with them.
I have a Diploma in Learning and Development (L&D) from the Training Foundation (TAP), I have several NVQ’s in L&D and I’m an acting director of the eLearning Network. In addition, I have also been the expert speaker on several Call Centre Helper webinars and podcast discussing topics like coaching and average handling time within a call centre environment. I am also a Board Director for the eLearning Network (eLN).
