Kim is extremely talented and there is nothing that she can’t design. Her knowledge of the contact centre environment is first class and her goal is to work with and develop talented people.

I learnt so much from Kim whilst she was my manager, from using different training delivery methods to designing first class material, which is relevant and fit for purpose.
